For people who in finding themselves wondering about this cloth: From the product description, I was once anticipating one thing gauze-like, however now that I even have acquired the blanket, I don't assume that description is precisely right. Although the material may be very gentle and breathable and will probably be nice for swaddling in the summer, it is extra dense than gauze- nearer to muslin. It additionally has a mild sheen to it, which makes it almost look like a poly or poly blend cloth. But the blanket is made from cotton, so I assume that the sheen means that the fibers are more tightly woven- a just right thing..... I just was oncen't anticipating it to be so smooth.

I love the design and colors on this product, and the dimensions is great- Although my main objective for that is swaddling, I'm certain I shall be the use of it as a nursing quilt and while a canopy over our stroller/infant seat to keep the solar off hellom.

So, even supposing the material is different than I imagined, I it will likely be ordering one or two more of those. I just wish they had a couple of more 'funky' designs in non-traditional colours. I am SO bored with the limited brown or mild blue choices available in the market for baby boys.
